Position Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team full-time, supporting our orthopedic specialists in delivering exceptional musculoskeletal care. This role involves assisting providers with clinical tasks, preparing patients for exams, and helping ensure an efficient and positive patient experience throughout their visit.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with patient intake, including taking vital signs and medical history.

Prepare exam rooms and ensure cleanliness and readiness for patient care.

Support providers during examinations and minor procedures.

Escort patients to and from exam areas and assist with mobility as needed.

Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR).

Follow clinical protocols and safety procedures to ensure quality care.
Qualifications:

Medical Assistant certification from an accredited program preferred.

Current CPR certification.

Experience in an orthopedic or musculoskeletal setting is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) preferred.
Schedule:
- Full-time hours; rotation between Prescott and Prescott Valley office
- Monday-Thursday 7:45am-5pm
- Friday 7:45am-12pm
- 1 hour unpaid lunch 12pm-1pm
